RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at office@vivasanamerica.com by replying to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Vivasan America reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order once it has been delivered and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item is received, so we can further evaluate the issue.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items like personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and discounted items. Gift cards are final sale and not returnable or eligible for refund.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer or accept exchanges. We suggest you to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING CHARGES 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our facility. Once your return is processed, you will be advised if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be notified and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Please note that returns received without a provided order number or packing slip will experience delays in processing and issuing a refund. Vivasan America is not responsible for any returns lost or stolen in transit.
